Daniel Casanova is the COO of Inimble and the main representative of the company in Venezuela, where he coordinates and leads all the operations in Maracaibo.

Daniel was there at the very beginning of Inimble, and in those first few steps, he was the one assessing how it was going to work and how to make Inimble the best it could be.

With his guidance and expertise on how to start a business, Inimble achieved a lot of success (both with adding team members and landing multiple clients) very early on, making him the perfect option for COO.

When the project was first introduced to him, a concept like this was a complete novelty for Daniel, however as soon as he started visualizing the potential of remote work, he realized what a goldmine of an opportunity it was, and after COVID, the remote work takeover has been accelerated.

With him, Inimble has become a well-oiled machine that can guarantee an optimal service both for clients and team members at the same time, his attention to perfecting and improving each part of every process (from how HR works to IT services, to how the recruitment system works, etc.) has helped Inimble grow exponentially in just a few years since its conception, expanding 3X as large every year since the start!
